The richest woman in Nigeria is the 65-year-old Mrs. Folorunsho Alakija. She is a business tycoon who has her hands in oil and printing industries.
They say what a man can do, a woman can do better and Mrs. Alakija has proven that as she has succeeded in the oil industry, broken records and managed to amass more wealth than most Nigerian men can ever comprehend.

1. She is worth $1.87 billion and is ranked one of the most powerful women on earth and has a lengthy profile on Forbes website.
